1½ cups (150g) fresh or frozen cranberries (tossed in 1 tablespoon flour)
For the Orange Glaze

1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

2–3 tablespoons orange juice

½ teaspoon orange zest (optional for stronger flavor)

Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 350°F (177°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. -
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. -
Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla. -
Combine Mixtures
Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
Mix until just combined — do not overmix. -
Fold in Cranberries
