🧂 Ingredients
For the Tea

6 cups (1.4 L) water, divided

6 black tea bags (Luzianne or Lipton)

¾ cup (150g) sugar
For the Peach Syrup

2 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

½ cup (100g) sugar

1 cup (240ml) water
To Serve

Ice cubes

Fresh peach slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Make the Peach Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until peaches are soft and syrupy.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve (save the syrup and discard solids). Let cool. -
Brew the Tea
Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in ¾ cup sugar until dissolved.
Add 2 cups cold water and let cool slightly. -
Combine and Chill
Stir peach syrup into the cooled tea.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled. -
Serve
Pour over ice, garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs, and enjoy every sweet sip!
