For the Garlic Butter Sauce

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

8 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Β½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Boil the Potatoes and Corn
Fill a large pot with water (about 4β5 quarts).
Add lemon, Cajun/crab boil seasoning, Old Bay, and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook potatoes for 10 minutes, then add corn and sausage and cook another 5 minutes. -
Add the Seafood
Add shrimp and crab legs to the pot. Boil for 3β5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and crab is heated through.
Drain and set aside (reserve about Β½ cup of the seasoned water). -
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (1β2 minutes).
Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon pepper, cayenne, and lemon juice.
Add a few spoonfuls of the reserved boil water for flavor and simmer 2 minutes. -
